Oh I just love egg & cress sandwiches. I bought some cress last night just for this, I wanted them for my lunch today but I couldn't be bothered to wait for the eggs to boil as I hadn't already done them! Something to look forward to for another day though.

Alison, this recipe is absolute delicious… scrumptious. I am not a fan of hard boil eggs, however; I love this salad and make it often. Let me know how you like it and thanks so much for signing up as a follower, actually in my book you are a leader. Your site is beautiful. I am looking forward to spending some time and reading your archives.
