Hope you feel better. I watched the Oscars and thought it was fantastic for a woman to win director. Streep did deserve

Duchess so sorry to hear that you are not 100%. Migraines are nasty and can truly ruin ones life. A friend of mine is using prophylactic drugs that seem to help her, you might want to check them out. Feel better soon.

Bonjour dear Duchess,
Sorry you had four days with a migraine but glad you woke up today without one. I use a very (scalding) hot water bottle for the back of my head and neck - it's not the best but it soothes...a bit.
Take care my friend and take care with a good book and a cup of tea!

I wish I could be there to have tea and cupcakes with you. I just love all the pretty cups and plates. It just makes it all the more enjoyable.

I am sorry to hear you had a migraine for 4 days. That is just awful! I have had them since I was a child. I finally stopped getting them whe I was in my late 20's. I take "the pill" with no periods and that was the trick for me.

Take care hun,

Dearest Duchess, I suffered from migraines almost all of my life. In the past three years it has slowed down to the point that I may get one or two a year. I am sorry you are suffering, rest Duchess and don't blog until you are feeling better. We need you.

Bonjour Duchesse,

Its my first time visiting at your Rose Tea Cottage. Its very lovely and pink. I also have a passion for tea, scones and cakes. I lived in Australia and South Africa where there is still a British "flavor" in the air. I felt I belonged. Perhaps in a past life I was British. I hope your migraine has passed. Tea will surely help.

Au revoir,

Anne-Marie

I am having heart palpitations--I am wild about your blog. I went to England many years ago and my husband had to lure me back home with promises of daily shortbread and all the teacups I wanted! Seriously. I am constantly scheming of ways to move to the Cotswolds. :-) Until then, what a pleasure to find your delightful tearoom!
