Duchess of Devonshire Egg & Cucumber Sandwich 6 eggs
1 to 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
Few drops of fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
1 teaspoon of finely chopped chives
2 stalks of finely chopped celery
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 English cucumber washed & thinly sliced
1 small bunch of white mustard sprout
Organic white sliced bread with crust removed
½ diced tomato
Boil, peel and chop the eggs
Add the following 7 ingredients and mix well
Use the photo as your guide to assemble the sandwich

Alison, this recipe is absolute delicious… scrumptious. I am not a fan of hard boil eggs, however; I love this salad and make it often.
