This was a magnificent celebration. I curtsey to your hospitality in allowing me the honors of attending.

My birthday was a couple of weeks ago and a friend of mine who has an English mother, sang this to me. She said her mother taught her this. Please pass on to your sister Diana from me. It goes like this:

"Happy Birthday to you, squashed tomatoes and stew, bread n butter, in the gutter, happy birthday to you!" :-)

My sweet Duchess, I apologize again for you being unable to find this awnry little button. I have not had anyone say anything as of yet, but if you are not able to find it we must still keep in touch.

I am so happy you were not offened by the tea, however I thought it would bring a little bit of laughter into others lives. I have two little girls who loved the rainbow bread idea.

Thank you so much for joining me, I post a little late sometimes, not at the time you would usually find tea, but I had a wonderful time with you.

Fairy hugs,
Heidi

Oh dear I fear...that your guests would be aghast if they saw me parade into your tea party. I'm a Southern Belle whose a bit tarnished but I make a mouth watering brownie and know how to light up a party! So..I shall keep my proper distance but sneak a peek at your celebrations but hopefully we can still be friends. The cupcakes look delightful!

A very happy birthday to Lady Di.

Duchess you have presented her with such a wonderful birthday tea, I'm so pleased I dropped in.

Food looks absolutely scrumptious, especially those lovely little fairy cakes on that beautiful cake stand.

Hope Lady Di can still stand and did not drink too much of her favourite vintage wine and was able to blow out the candles on her birthday cake.

Til next time dear Duchess and thank you for the latest comment on my post.
