Hi Duchess! This looks like a very good book...a little humor is certainly good for us. Reading is so nurturing, isn't it? I take a book with me everywhere...to the dentist, to get an oil change, etc., so I can get even a few minutes of reading in. Glad you have such good authors in your possession! I hope you're having a very good week-end so far, and that you find blessings everywhere you look! Mary

I thought "Englishman returning with American wife" sounded familiar. The Prodigal Couple - of course! How lovely that their observations and adventures are now in book form!

Hope you're having a great weekend!

Oh dear, this is just the sort of book my husband and I enjoy, and in addition, we are addicted to Eastenders, the PBS show.
In the U.S. we are about 4 years behind so don't tell us what is happening now on the show!
Now I will visit the author's blog.
Thanks for the tip.
