Rose Tea Cottage

Where tea is served at half past four

She wore her yellow sun-bonnet
She wore her greenest gown
She turned to the south wind
And curtsied up and down
She turned to the sunlight
And shook her yellow head
And whispered to her neighbour
~Winter is dead ~

Thanks for the visit dear! If you would ever like a photo to accompany your link on my sidebar, just let me know with a note and attachment sometime. It is perfectly inviting without one if you prefer not. I noticed you took time off as you said in your post. I do this routinely for say five days or more at times. The muses play with my imagination after some walks in the birdsong, and some cozy time with my Whitman or even a fun little book, Hens Dancing. I try to read Proust's A Remembrance... starting in Feb and go until spring pops, but this year I happily diverted by other books and only got to the second volume. Well off am I the little ones are waking...
Blessings and thanks again, Amy

It is a glorious time and finally it feels like spring here. We had nothing but rain for about 2 weeks. The tea and scones were delicious.

Daffodils bring such light-hearted joy. And they are blooming everywhere, a happy reminder that Mother Nature hasn't totally forgotten about spring even if the horrid weather won't let up.
