Rose Tea Cottage

Where tea is served at half past four

For each new morning with its light
For rest and shelter of the night
For health and food, for love and friends
For everything Thy goodness sends

Thank you

~Ralph Waldo Emerson

I read someplace that gratitude is the fairest blossom which springs from the soul. My darlings this morning loads of fair blossoms are springing from my soul because I am so grateful for our friendship.

Thank you

Duchess the same sentiments to you my dear. This post was gorgeous. That is a kitchen to make memorable meals in. I loved getting your message last week. I do always think of you and you will always hold a special place in my heart. You were one person who reached out to me when I need it the most. I know how hard certain times are. For me it was Easter. My mum always created wonderful Easter memories, all which I took for granted. So, although we are far apart, you are cared for. I am so sorry to have been so neglectful. We need God to work on lengthening our days just a bit! Hugs to you xoxo deb

Dear one. Could you pour some tea? Let us sit under the dappled light of a Spring day, for I am weary of late. I feel respite here. Strangely though I have only known this place a short while. It feels like dream of friendship and hush. I am blessed to know it and your grace and sweetness. Thinking of you and off I go to see the beauty of my children's faces. Blessings and light, may all be right, Amy
