Yummmmmmm... This entry, and all here, at your blog.
Dear One, you said [commented in my blog] that you have already succeeded in the form of minimalism, which I desire. Oh please, a link to where you tell of this process! Please. Please. Please.
I looked and do not find such, here. But it seems you must have shared your secrets, somewhere. I so want to have only what I/we need, use and love around our home. So want. And that's not starkness, as you must know.
Plus, I so want to diminish my "need" to "keep up" with various forms of "information." You probably do this, also.
So again, please... Share how you convinced yourself to do these things. And not just dream about doing them, as I seem stuck on...
Gentle hugs,
'Aunt Amelia'
Dear Duchess,
Blessings to you!
I'm a sandwich fan and these look mighty tasty.

Hello Duchess... my, those look delish! And a warm cup of tea... how lovely... Bisous... Julie Marie
Duchess, I just love this blog, your sandwiches are simply delicious. Also you are using my favorite Yorkshire Tea. One of the best secrets out there. We buy the Yorkshire Tea Gold Label at the British Store, it has always been our favorite. My mother still lives in Yorkshire and my step father used to be Princess Margaret's Chauffeur, imagine that!. BFN, Maureen.....
Good morning, Duchess! Thank you so much for your lovely comment on my blog. I'm so glad you've become a follower and I am becoming a follower of your beautiful blog as well.

Hi Dutchess,
Thank you so much for visiting my blog and for the sweet comments. I am so glad you like it! Marydon has been a tremendous help getting me started, in fact it was her idea and I am enjoying it very much. Thank you for adding my link to your blog ~ I still have so much to learn! Your blog is beautiful!

Yummy, nothing beats goat cheese and bread.
I just love to pop in and view your Blog, Duchess. It so reminds me of how refined and charming British women on the whole, used to be and that was not so many decades ago either. Nowadays it is all about a trip to McDonalds, blue jeans and drinking lager from a bottle.
Who remembers wearing white cotton crochet gloves and sipping lemon tea? Believe me dears, those were the days when a woman was a lady.
Dutches, that looks devine.I'm on my way too.I hope you have a fine day dear, and don't forget my give away.XXOO Marie Antionette

Hello my pretty! One of my dreams is to have high tea at the Ritz in London someday .. hopefully with my mum. But in the meantime, I'll make your darling sandwiches and sip some delicate tea .. and keep dreaming ;)
To bad you aren't in Paris next week. I will be having tea at the Mariage Freres.
Hope you are enjoying your week, sorry I've missed out on some delightful posts. I at least wanted to stop by and say hi. I need some tea right about now! XO!
My mouth is watering Duchess, must go and put the kettle on. I do have pretty cups, but nothing like those delicious sandwiches to go with my Earl Grey. Happy weekend Duchess X.
Love the music, love this blog! Only thign is though--how on earth can one follow it?
BTw, i recently tried a fantastic new tea--"Scottish Tea." Have you ever had it? It is made specifically for Scotland's soft water and is incredible! I never thought I'd find another black tea I'd love as much as the standard Tea/English breakfast one can get imported.
I'll take some of those sandwiches too. Yum.
Oh wow!
Your blog always makes me hungry!!!
All your lovely cakes, scones and tea pictures are so decadent!
Those sandwiches look amazing!!!
lots of Love

The poppy seeds elevate your sandwiches to a whole other, higher level.
I am so pleased to meet you, Duchess, and now I will make myself a pot of tea, inspired by these delectable images.

My dearest Duchess, such lovely photos...W O W!!! is what comes to mind. My mother is British, raised in London. However, at the age of 21, she met my American father and 51 years later,is still living in the beautiful state of California, still happily married to her handsome Yank! Therefore, my siblings and I were raised with an amazing love for all things British. So glad you came by my blog so that I could find yours. Ta for now, jules
Darling Duchess,
Your photos fill me up, so much better than consuming calories, I agree with you Darling one can never be too thin or too rich.
